You are far too optimistic, this is cs we are talking about. I’ve never been anything but disappointed with the game since release. No short match, no danger zone, no arms race until recently, shame on valve for failing us all. Expecting any big updates besides cases is honestly a huge laugh.

After this update when we kill enemy they kick u saying "too much Team Mate Damage" and then they kick u from server...Here we go again...they fix this thing and now again same issue after this update.

9 months in, the game is garbage. Plays like garbage, full of cheats, half the content of csgo. 9 months of nothing but bug fixes that should have been fixed before launch. Valve=typical lazy west coast lazy kiddo devs.

Since last update I have been suffering from 50% FPS drops when opening the scoreboard. The round becomes unplayable 😔

Microsoft Zhuyin IME, the Taiwanese Traditional Chinese IME is broken in CS2 for 1 or 2 months and still no fixes.

The update before this solved my keyboard/movement issue and reduced rubbberbanding by a significant amount but after todays update the rubberbanding got worse again :(

I had this issue related to keyboard where after 2 or 3 games I would totally lose control, there would be random inputs, it wouldn't read inputs, or inputs would be sticky, it's very weird, y'all reckon this update fixed that? Doesn't seem like the same issue but maybe related.

I feel like an update/operation has to be soon. And for 2 specific reasons. A) the game is (mostly) up to par with CSGO. It still isn't perfect, but it's miles ahead of what it was upon release. Reason B is because we are inching ever closer to the release date of CS2, so because of that, what better way to "commemorate" a year of CS2 by more or less taking it out of this "public beta" phase that it's in currently and kicking it into being a full game with an operation

Counter Strike is a dead game.

I mean Valve wants to build a lot of trust. That's why, for example, they are not gonna implement a kernel anti-cheat. And while some people say that they are not lazy, we also have a lot of people that are saying the EXACT opposite. I personally believe that they are working and doing stuff. I just feel like the community would have MUCH more trust if Valve (or at least the cs2 twitter account) would communicate way more with players. Not saying that they have to release updates every day. But idk, maybe announce more stuff, or answer questions, give us a few teasers, just anything atp? Like basically to show us that they are working on stuff. Just the communication would already make such a huge difference I feel like. There could be a crazy huge update everyday and still at the same time they have quite not the best reputation.
